Buttons and Bunting grew from a creative passion I had to escape the stresses of working full time and juggling a full time Open University degree with finding some ‘me’ time. I found a design for vintage bunting and went to a local fabric shop where I was like a child in a sweet shop. And now here I am with a bookcase full of gorgeous fabrics and a house adorned with bunting.

Initially everything I made was for myself, or for friends as presents, but then having made some special ‘Jubilee bunting’ for a friends party, I suddenly found myself with several orders and I just love the fact that other people can get as passionate about it all as I do!

There are many different ways of creating bunting but I wanted a clean, well-made finish with an added personal touch. Nowhere else have I seen bunting finished with buttons and ribbons, but I feel they add something special - I hope you agree.
