We try to exceed our guest's expectations by going that extra mile with everything we do. Apart from providing top quality beds, bedding and accessories, we offer a top drawer breakfast and try to be innovative in all our hospitality services. We do our level best to ensure our guests have a more enjoyable experience than they ever anticpated! We measure our succes and learn what need to be improved from our own guest comment book and feedback we get from internet based reviews.
Guest feedback
We really care that our guests have an enjoyable stay with us. We leave a book for them to record their experiences and we scrutinize it to find out what's working for them, and what we need to do differently.
